Payment, Shipping and Return Policy

This Payment, Shipping and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to the purchase, shipping and return of SafeShoot’s products (“Product”) purchased from SafeShoot USA Inc. (“SafeShoot”) by a customer (“Customer”, or “you”) completing an online order for the Product via www.safe-shoot.com (“SafeShoot Website”).
Order Processing
Orders are processed by SafeShoot pending item availability and credit card verification. SafeShoot will contact you via email or telephone, at the email address or telephone number that you provided in connection with your order, if there are any issues regarding item availability or credit card verification effecting your order.
Payment
SafeShoot accepts payments via any of the following credit cards and means of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. SafeShoot may, at any time, accept any additional means of payment, at its discretion. At this time, SafeShoot does not accept credit cards with a billing address outside of the United States and Canada.
The total US Dollar amount of your order (including the Product price, taxes and additional shipping and handling charges, if any), will be charged to the credit card or debit card or means of payment that you provide in connection with your order, at the time that your order is placed.
SafeShoot will not accept your order, if:

you provide incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate order information; or

you provide a PO Box number instead of a shipping and/or billing address. SafeShoot will not ship to PO Boxes.

your payment is rejected or charged back by your bank or financial institution.
Shipping Guidelines
SafeShoot does not currently ship orders outside of the United States and Canada.
SafeShoot will process and ship orders as follows:
Orders will be processed within 3 Business Days following the day on which SafeShoot has received bank authorization of payment.
“Business Day” means Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST.
SafeShoot does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or during United States federal holidays.
The estimated shipping time for deliveries made within the contiguous United States is 1-7 business days from the date in which the order begins processing Transit times may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous United States.
SafeShoot may, at its discretion, split orders across multiple shipments, and any items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. In the event that your order is split across multiple shipments, SafeShoot will send you a notice via email, at the email address you provided in connection with your order.
SafeShoot cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment during transit due to weather conditions, natural disasters, shipper/carrier logistic delays or errors, or any other issue residing outside of SafeShoot’s control.
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. In the event that the Product that you have ordered are out-of-stock or backordered, SafeShoot will send you a notice via email at the email address you provided to SafeShoot in connection with your order, and in the event of a backorder, SafeShoot will provide you with an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified if a Product is back ordered or out-of-stock when you add it to your shopping cart on the SafeShoot Website or, if you have already completed your order, within up to 10 days of the date on which your order is processed.
If you refuse delivery of the Product you have ordered, your ordered Product will be returned to SafeShoot’s facilities. In such case, you will receive a refund of the total price actually paid for your order (after discounts, coupons, vouchers or other price reductions, if any, have been applied to such order), less the actual cost of the return of your order to SafeShoot.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SafeShoot order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected], within 15 days from the date when you receive the Product to initiate your order return process (“Return Request”).
Any Return Request must include the order confirmation number for which the return is requested and your full name and contact information. SafeShoot may reject any Return Request which does not include the complete and accurate order reference number, customer name or contact information.
After receiving you Return Request, SafeShoot will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. To return your Product, you should mail your Product to: 600 S. Spring St Suite PH11 Los Angeles CA 90014, marked for the attention of SafeShoot. You will bear any and all costs of shipping the Product from your location to SafeShoot.
You shall return the Product, together with all documentation provided to you by SafeShoot with the Product, to SafeShoot in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
SafeShoot only accepts returns of Products purchased via the SafeShoot Website and shall not accept, nor give any refunds in connection with, any attempted returns of Products purchased from other retailers.
Modified, upgraded, refurbished or cosmetically flawed Products will not be eligible for return. SafeShoot reserves the right to not accept returns of Products that have been damaged, washed, stained, worn or altered.
Once your return is received and inspected, SafeShoot will send you an email to notify you that SafeShoot has received your returned Product. SafeShoot will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, then you will receive a refund of the amount actually paid by you for the order (after discounts, coupons, vouchers or other price reductions, if any, have been applied to such order, and less any deduction from such refund as provided in this Policy). If your return has been rejected, you will not be eligible for a refund. SafeShoot reserves the right to reject any returns not sent in accordance with this Policy.
Refund
In order to receive a refund, returned Products must be returned to SafeShoot in their original packaging, complete with all accessories provided to you in connection with the Product intact, and any documentation provided to you by SafeShoot with the Product, in accordance with any instructions provided by SafeShoot and with this Policy. Orders returned with damage or in non-stock packaging of the Product may be rejected by SafeShoot.
If a Product is returned to SafeShoot with missing accessories, SafeShoot reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in the amount of 10% of the full retail price of the order (without applying any discounts, coupons, vouchers or other price reductions, if any, to which the order was eligible). For clarity, any attempted return which does not include the main elements of the Product shall not be accepted and shall not be eligible for a refund.
SafeShoot reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns without notice.
Modifications
SafeShoot reserves the right, at its discretion, to change this Policy at any time and without notice. Such change will be effective following posting of the revised Policy on the SafeShoot website, and your continued use of the website thereafter means that you accept those changes.
